How does made-to-order production work?
We craft your item after you purchase—reducing overproduction and waste. It also means stock is fresh and printed just for you.
Where do you ship from?
We use a distributed fulfillment network. Most US orders are produced and shipped within the US; some styles may ship from the nearest available facility to speed delivery.
How long will my order take?
Typical timeline: Production 2–7 business days + US shipping 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Will items in the same order arrive together?
Sometimes items ship separately so you get each piece as soon as it’s ready. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Are your garments true to size? Are they unisex?
Most pieces feature a modern unisex fit. For best results, check the size chart on each product page and measure a favorite tee/hoodie to compare.
Which sizes do you offer?
Sizing typically ranges from S–3XL (varies by style and color). Check the specific product page for available sizes.
What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help with sizing.
What’s your returns policy for faulty items?
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, email support@trecozy.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace or refund the faulty item promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start making your item quickly. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it—contact us immediately with your order number.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what happens?
Tell us right away. If the order hasn’t started production, we’ll try to correct it. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Duties or import taxes (when applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. At checkout you’ll see the options for your address.
Will the print colors exactly match what I see on my screen?
Minor color variation is normal due to screen calibration, fabric dyes, and printing profiles. We optimize for accurate, vibrant results across fabric colors.
How do I keep prints looking great?
Wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry. Don’t iron directly on the print.
Are your materials comfortable?
Comfort is our core: we prioritize soft, smooth cotton and cotton-blend fabrics with a breathable hand-feel and a wearable weight—perfect for everyday outfits.
Do you offer gift options?
Prices aren’t printed on the garment. You can add a gift note at checkout when available for your item.
How secure is my payment?
Checkout is processed by trusted payment providers over encrypted connections. We never store full card details on our servers.
Do you have discounts or bundles?
From time to time we run seasonal promos or bundles. Keep an eye on the site banner or subscribe to our emails for early access.
