Shipping Information

TRECOZY ships primarily to the United States and also delivers to many international destinations. Every piece is made to order so you get fresh prints on soft, comfortable garments.

Free Shipping (US)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 within the United States.
  • Threshold applies to merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
  • Excludes expedited services and oversized/exception items. One shipping address per order.

Processing Time

We make items to order. Most products are printed and handed off to the carrier within a few business days. The timelines below are transit times after production.

Canada Up to 10–30 business days Customs and local carrier handling can extend delivery.
Australia Up to 10–30 business days Transit times vary by service and destination.
Rest of World Up to 10–30 business days Timing depends on country, service, and customs.
APO/FPO/DPO & US Territories ~ 2–5 weeks Military mail has unique routing requirements.

* Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories can take an additional 7–12 business days in transit once shipped.

Order Tracking

  • When your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • Tracking events are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Split Shipments

To deliver faster, parts of your order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to update it.
  • Returned to sender: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by your local customs office. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

If Your Package Is Delayed, Lost, or Marked Delivered

  • Marked delivered but not found: Check with household members/neighbors and around the delivery area—some carriers mark “delivered” shortly before arrival.
  • Still missing? Email support@trecozy.com with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and resolve per our policy.

We use reputable services such as USPS, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, and Asendia. Tracking is provided on shipped orders.
