Return & Refund Policy

Because every TRECOZY item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer cash refunds.
We will, however, put things right—at our cost—if:

  1. The product itself is flawed (fabric damage, faulty stitching, etc.);

  2. The print quality is poor (blurred, smudged, off-centre); or

  3. The item you received is materially different from what you ordered (wrong style, size, or design).

In those rare situations, we’ll replace the item—or, if a replacement is impossible, refund you in full.


How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us within 3 days of delivery at support@trecozy.com.

  2. Include

    • your order number and checkout email address;

    • clear photos of the entire item plus close-ups of the issue;

    • any details that help us understand the problem.

  3. Our team will review your claim within one business day.

  4. If approved, we will ship a free replacement.

    • If a replacement cannot be produced (e.g., discontinued colour), we will issue a refund to your original payment method—usually visible in 5–10 business days.


Shipping & Address Issues

Scenario What Happens
Incorrect / incomplete address supplied Parcel is returned → we can reship once you pay a new shipping fee and confirm the corrected address.
Unclaimed packages (held at post office, etc.) Same process as above—new shipping fee applies.
Sealed hygienic items (e.g., face masks) Cannot be returned or reshipped once opened for health & safety reasons.

We Cannot Replace / Refund If

  • You simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour.

  • You contact us after the 3-day window.

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered.

  • You ship an item back without our prior written approval.
