1 Introduction

This website trecozy.com (the “Site”) is operated by Centaurix Pty Ltd (“TRECOZY,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing a product you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), plus any policies referenced here or linked by URL (Privacy Policy, Replacement Policy, Shipping Snapshot, etc.). If you do not accept all Terms, you may not use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

2 Eligibility & Conduct

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use this Site.

  • You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws (including copyright laws) or transmit malware.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

3 Accounts & Personal Information

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep login credentials secure. Personal information submitted via the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4 Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price displayed, plus any delivery costs and taxes.

  • TRECOZY may accept or reject an order in its absolute discretion. If rejected, we will refund any payment received. 

  • Please review your cart carefully; once production starts (usually within 5 hours) the order cannot be cancelled.

Pre-orders If an item is flagged as a pre-order, the dispatch date is an approximation only and delays may occur. 

5 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. You must pay in full at the time of order using the payment methods offered. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be valid. 

6 Production, Delivery, Title & Risk

  • Production: 2 – 7 business days.

  • Transit: see our Shipping Snapshot for region-specific estimates.

  • Risk: passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address supplied. 

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your local authorities.

7 Replacement-Only Policy

Because each item is custom-printed, we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference. We will replace an item at no cost if, within 5 days of delivery, you notify us that:

  1. the product itself is flawed;

  2. the print quality is objectively poor; or

  3. you received a materially different item from what you ordered.

Email support/@/trecozy.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and any relevant details. If a replacement is impossible (e.g., discontinued colour) we will refund the original payment method.

Address errors or unclaimed parcels can be re-shipped once returned, but you must pay the new shipping fee.

8 Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Conditions for any promotion or discount code will be stated on the Site at the time of the offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9 Consumer Law & Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-waivable statutory rights (e.g., under Vietnamese consumer-protection law). Subject to those rights, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim, and we are not liable for consequential losses. 

10 Intellectual Property

All TRECOZY designs, graphics and branding (“IP”) remain our exclusive property. You may use our IP only for personal, non-commercial purposes and must not reproduce, distribute or modify it without written consent. 

11 User-Generated Content

By posting or submitting content (reviews, designs, photos) you grant TRECOZY a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content across any media. You confirm you own or control all rights to the content and it does not infringe third-party rights. 

12 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its content for any unlawful, abusive, or malicious activity, including spamming, data scraping, infringing IP, or uploading harmful code. TRECOZY may terminate access for violations.

13 Termination

TRECOZY may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any dispute arising.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
